Alfalah Insurance, a leading general insurance company in Pakistan, and Wateen Telecom Limited, a leading digital solutions provider, have entered into a strategic partnership to design and implement a next-generation Digital Insurance Platform in Pakistan. This collaboration reflects Alfalah Insurance’s commitment to transforming the insurance experience through innovative, customer-centric digital solutions and advancing the digital evolution of the insurance sector.
The partnership agreement was formally signed by Khurram Hussain, CEO of Alfalah Insurance, and Adil Rashid, CEO of Wateen Telecom, in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations.
Through this collaboration, Alfalah Insurance aims to enhance the overall insurance experience by introducing greater process transparency, seamless customer onboarding, efficient policy management, digital payments, and faster claims processing. The new platform will be a scalable digital ecosystem powered by intelligent automation, secure system integrations, and real-time data intelligence, enabling more efficient operations and improved service delivery.
